FREE delivery is available for orders over 70 BGN.
We deliver within 1-3 working days*.
Option for delivery to Econt or Speedy offices is available.
We provide delivery through a selected courier to an office or a specified address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The delivery is at the expense of the User.
Each shipment is sent with the option for inspection. We advise you to check your packages before making payment/receiving them from the courier.
If you are a new user on the platform, our representative will contact you at the provided number to confirm details regarding your order and delivery.
WEEDNESS CBD is not responsible for non-performance of an order in cases where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete, and/or inaccurate personal information, including an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address or phone number.
In exceptional circumstances, WEEDNESS CBD reserves the right to extend the delivery time, while promptly informing the User about it.
Payment Methods
The user can pay for the ordered goods by choosing one of the options we offer – cash on delivery or by card.
Cash on delivery: You can pay the due amount to the courier upon receiving the goods. Here you have two options:
– Paying in cash the amount for the cash on delivery to the courier.
– Paying with a credit/debit card – you can pay the amount for the cash on delivery with your credit/debit card directly to the courier. Every courier of Econt or Speedy and their offices have a mobile terminal through which card payments are processed.
If the User chooses the option for delivery by courier and payment on delivery, they are required to pay the total amount for the ordered items, including the courier delivery fee, upon receiving the goods.
Card Payment (Virtual Terminal): An innovative and convenient payment method that allows you to make a full online payment. Immediately after finalizing your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment form provided by your bank, where you need to enter your details.
The transaction is processed instantly, and we commit to shipping your order on the next business day.
WEEDNESS CBD supports the 3D Secure system to ensure maximum protection for its users.
WEEDNESS CBD does not have access to your card information as the data is automatically transferred to the bank.
