Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
The procedure is simplified, and all you need to do is contact us at support@weedness.webfactor.com and inform us of your intention to cancel the order by providing the following information:
- Username
- Date and order number
- Name of the product for return
Our customer service representative will receive the request and coordinate the steps you need to follow.
I. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or modified by the customer. Products with damaged packaging or modifications will not be accepted. You can return a purchased product within 14 days from the date stated on the receipt.
II. How to Return a Product?
- Contact us at support@weedness.webfactor.com and inform us of your intention to return the product by providing your username, date and order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and stating the reason. Our customer service representative will receive the request and coordinate the steps you need to follow.
- Pack the item in its original packaging or similar quality packaging, ensuring that the products are in their original condition – unopened, without modifications or damage.
- Send the goods to our address.
When choosing a shipping method, please make sure that the products will reach us within 14 days from the date of issuing the receipt.
III. Who bears the transport costs for returns?
Each customer is responsible for the expenses related to the transportation of the product. In case the reason for your return is an error in the type or quantity of the product sent by us, Weedness CBD will bear the return costs. For all other cases, the transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
IV. Refund Policy
All customers have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that they wish to return the products (without the need to specify the reason). After this period, the customer has an additional 14 days to send the products to our address. Our customer service specialist will confirm receipt of the goods and make the refund valid. The refund is made according to the method by which the original payment was made (if paying by card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the original transaction was made).
If we do not receive the products within this 28-working-day period, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
